• Band Baaja Baaraat: This had a positive vibe. It was ariot of colours with amazing performances and a simple yet strong script. Anuanced film!
• Guzaarish: Its sheer beauty left mebreathless.
• Dabangg: Paisa Vasool.
• Golmaal 3: A laughriot.
•Love Sex aur Dhokha: It was an audacious film and excellently made in everyway.
• Winter’s Bones: The performances and atmosphere createdin the film were amazing.
• Peepli (Live): The writing andperformances were brilliant.
• Dabangg: Made rustic look cool and infused masalaback into our films.
• Love Sex aur Dhokha: An exploration of a newkind of cinema sensibility and telling stories that we know.
• TereBin Laden, Phans Gaya Re Obama: For their audacity andirreverence.
• Udaan: Best film of 2010. Great performances, soliddirection, a heart-felt movie!
• Peepli (Live): Showed that Indianaudiences can be receptive to "non commercial" fare.
Of course it took an AamirKhan to take it to them. A gutsy film with real actors and a documentary feel.
• Dabangg: Enjoyable commercial Indian cinema that I grew up with inthe '70s - an over-the-top hero, good music, great lines and excellentdirection! Being true to its genre without anypretence.
• Love Sex Aur Dhokha: Uncompromising.
• Udaan:Intense and great rendition.
• Tere Bin Laden: Funny yetpertinent.
• Udaan: An honest and stark father-son story with anoutstanding performance by Ronit Roy.
• Peepli (Live): Proved thata tale of poverty can be told humorously. I loved the way Anusha Rizvi presentedthe characters.
• Ishqiya: An irreverent erotic tale told with muchpassion and humour. It had a memorable character played by Vidya Balan andArshad Warsi was outstanding. I rate Arshad in this film and Ronit in Udaan asthe two best performances of theyear.
• Dabangg: Loved Salman and everything aboutDabangg.
• Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai: Milan Luthria's direction,Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi's performances were fabulous.
•Raajneeti: Everyone's performance was lovely. Masala film in a greatsetting.
